PACKAGES
ONE-TIME
RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL
DEEP CLEAN PACKAGE
Our Deep Cleaning Package is the most thorough cleaning service. The most significant difference between the Deep Cleaning Package and our other cleaning packages is the amount of time and detail we spend cleaning what we refer to as your vertical surfaces. Vertical surfaces include baseboards, trim work, blinds, exterior cabinets/drawers, light fixtures, and doors.
*Disclaimer: This package only includes sliding glass, front/back/side door windows or surrounding interior door frames.
MOVE-IN/OUT PACKAGE
Varies on sq ft, condition, and requirements
Our Move In/Out Cleaning Package is perfect for the homeowner who needs a completely empty home, apartment, or condo cleaned. All reachable vertical and horizontal surfaces shall be cleaned. In the case of an apartment or condo, we are often able to work directly with your property manager to determine the cleaning requirements necessary to receive your full security deposit.

RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE
ELITE MAINTENANCE
This package offers our most detailed cleaning service for those that desire a thorough clean.
The ELITE Maintenance Cleaning package Two On a regular basis we will rotate up to two rooms of woodwork per cleaning through the life of the recurrence. This includes but is not limited to baseboards, doors, blinds, windowsills, cabinets, and drawers. It can be performed on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
*Disclaimer: It can take 3-5 Elite cleans for our crew to work through all vertical surfaces. Please consider starting with a Deep Cleaning
Touch-Up
Our Touch-Up Maintenance Service is the most basic of our cleaning options. The primary exclusion of the Touch Up Maintenance Cleaning Package relates to the vertical surfaces in your home. Baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, and cabinets/drawers will be excluded in this clean. Please note, this cleaning package is not available for customers who are interested in once-a-month cleaning services. It can be performed on a weekly or biweekly basis.
ALTERNATING PACKAGE
Ability to alternate your cleans between our Elite and Touch-Up cleaning services.
This specific cleaning package is best suited for the homeowner who does not require detailed cleaning on a regular basis, but still wishes to receive high quality house cleaning once a week, or every other week.With this package, our team of Personal House Cleaners will rotate between the Elite and Touch Up service packages, performing tasks related to each service during each visit. Review the descriptions for Elite & Touch Up packages to understand what‘s offered in each alternating clean.

Please note that windows are excluded. They are piced per window on an individual basis.**
**This cleaning package is not available to those who wish to receive our service only once a month. In addition you are expected to receive at least one Elite service once a month. With this package, you will have a flat rate for each cleaning no matter which of the alternating cleans you receive. **

CUSTOMIZABLE PACKAGES
This is ideal for the homeowner wanting a one-time clean or spot clean.
This cleaning package offers a fixed rate based on the amount of time you would like our cleaning team servicing your home. Time ranges from 2 to 5 hours. The two maids assigned to your home will tackle your cleaning needs in order of importance, as prioritized by you. We will do our best to complete your list, within the time you have predetermined.
